Gedalia is a Naturopath, Mind/body healer, teacher, writer, and artist.

There’s a bridge between mind and body and that is emotional wellness. For more than 15 years she has helped women uncover new pathways to health and vitality by drawing on a wealth of holistic gems: Ayurveda, meditation, breathwork, essential oils, gemstones, Marma, sound healing, nutritional advice, herbs, yoga postures, and even creativity.

Gedalia’s approach is unique, individualized,  highly skilled and intuitive. Rather than medicate or over supplement, Gedalia aims to unblock and reenergize the flow of energy in the body to clear the pathways for optimal health.

Her energy sessions serve as a diagnostic and assessment space for recommendations that follow as well as a deep and restorative experience for the client. Even those who have faced lifelong emotional pain or suffering leave her sessions feeling renewed.

Gedalia’s book ” Enough Drugs I am a Woman and Can Heal Naturally– a practical guide to feeling your best”- offers a clear-eyed picture of holistic tools that empower women to take back their health on all levels; body, mind, and spirit.

Gedalia shares her compassion, wisdom and highly intuitive skills with her women clients.

When she began meditating in 1990 she was drawn to the healing arts and painting. Through discovering her creativity and natural gifts the pain and grief she had suffered began to transform and she began to see and experience the world from a new lens. She now awakens women to their own innate gifts by supporting them to pay attention to their own self-care and joy.

Gedalia  holds a PhD in Traditional Naturopathy, a four-year certificate in hands-on healing and the human energy field as well as an Ayurvedic Certificate from New Mexico and Reiki Master certification.

Artist Bio

As I began meditating in 1990  I was naturally drawn to studying and experiencing the healing arts. Painting and using color became a natural expression of what I was feeling inside. I also copied in pastel from famous artists like Wolf Kahn to further understand painting.

I realized then that for the many issues I was dealing with in my body, the painting and color had transformed my experience of myself and the world around me. It was this realization and the practice of art that healed my body and heart. This outpouring of energy in the form of creativity continues to be a part of my daily life.

I share these paintings with you with an intention of inspiring the creator within you.
