Ayurveda’s Best Practices For Healthy Digestion

5. Spice it up. The standard American diet lacks spices that support digestion. Use ginger, cumin, turmeric, coriander, and fennel seeds.

6. What you see you also digest. Making the plate of food you eat look colorful, setting flowers on the table, and making the area look beautiful helps your digestion.
