What is a Holistic Intuitive?

Gedalia’s gift as a Holistic Intuitive enables her to share powerful insights and healing that uplift her clients’ emotional and physical well-being. With warmth and compassion, Gedalia works in partnership with her clients. Women who have faced even lifelong medical, emotional, or other struggles, say they leave the sessions with a greater sense of wholeness, ease, and vitality.

As a gifted Intuitive, I receive impressions often in the form of questions, words, or phrases that speak to your soul or touch upon something your spirit knows but may have forgotten. The insights that arise within me also provide clients with specific, practical steps to heal.Clients often report seeing colors during our energy sessions which are a sign the chakras are enlivened. The deepest gifts from the work are the powerful shifts clients make as a result of the session. Common benefits include improved sleep, a palpable relief from physical or emotional pain, an overall feeling of well-being and vitality, and a deep sense of feeling free from the past- a shift in perspective.

My work provides a safe, compassionate space for women to share and unburden themselves. I help women more deeply connect with their insights, intuition, and recognition of synchronistic events in their own lives. I do not prescribe or treat but rather assist you in the healing process. Unlike a “psychic healer,” I do not predict the future or events.I intend to support the awakening and unfolding of your full potential. What does that mean? It means I guide and support you to live with consciousness, purpose, and creativity and help you embrace your heart’s deepest longing. My assessments and recommendations are not cookie-cutter protocols but are tailor-made, intuitive, and skillful guidance specifically intended to serve your highest good.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an integrative holistic health system originating in India over 5000 years ago. The goal of Ayurveda is to promote the balance of body, mind, and spirit. Most health models focus only on the physical body and offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Ayurveda seeks to heal the cause of imbalances and reconnect us to our true nature. Living in harmony within our own self as well as our environment are two main aspects of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and is a consciousness-based approach to whole health. It is both preventative and anti-aging. Ayurveda provides the nurturing aspects of healing missing in Western medicine. It is not a diet, religion, or esoteric practice.

Ayurveda approaches holistic health through:

  • Body energy type or Dosha assessment and diet planning ( Lifestyle Consultation)
  • Seasonal nutrition and herbs
  • Aromatherapy
  • Breathwork
  • Sleep and Exercise
  • Energy Balancing through Marma Therapy
  • Vibrational frequencies- sound and stones
  • Meditation

Who are the best clients for Ayurveda?

The best clients for Ayurveda are those seeking holistic well-being and personalized care. Here are some groups that benefit from Ayurvedic practices:

Individuals with Specific Health Concerns: Ayurveda addresses various health conditions, including stress, anxiety, skin issues, digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and more12. If you have specific health challenges, Ayurveda can provide tailored solutions.
People Interested in Preventive Health: Ayurveda emphasizes prevention by identifying imbalances early and promoting overall wellness. It’s ideal for those who want to maintain good health and prevent future issues.

Those Seeking Natural Healing: Ayurveda uses natural remedies, personalized diets, and lifestyle adjustments. If you prefer holistic approaches over conventional medicine, Ayurveda may be a good fit.

Individuals Open to Mind-Body Connection: Ayurveda recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Clients interested in exploring this mind-body connection often find Ayurveda appealing.

Clients Willing to Understand Their Unique Constitution (Dosha): Ayurveda categorizes people into three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Clients willing to learn about their dosha type and follow personalized recommendations benefit the most.

Remember, Ayurveda is about balance, individualized care, and aligning with nature. Whether you’re managing health issues or seeking preventive measures, Ayurveda offers valuable insights and practices.

What are some Ayurvedic treatments?

Marma therapy. Marmani are energy points along the front and back of the body. When gently pressed they increase energy flow to all the organs and systems in the body restoring, rejuvenating, and enhancing energy flow. Marma therapy opens the doorway to the “inner pharmacy” and allows the body to release natural healing chemicals such as melatonin, serotonin, and oxytocin- the feel-good hormones. Marma therapy promotes balance and harmony.

Gemstones, color, and sound therapy are part of Marma energy therapy. Gemstones can be used to heal various chakras.

What is Marma therapy?

Marma is to Ayurveda what acupuncture is to Chinese medicine.

Marma or Marmani points, increase the energy flow in the body; awakening the body’s inner healing potential. Marma therapy reduces pain, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and hormonal imbalance, and is anti-aging. Marma therapy promotes a feeling of lightness of body, mind, and spirit fostering inner peace, clarity, and vitality. It is the oldest mind/body therapy and is only taught from teacher to student. Marma is a sacred healing art.

It is a touch therapy much like acupressure. A person remains fully clothed during a marma session.

I only work with women and young adults.

Can I receive Marma if I have a period?

Marma can be received after the third day of the menstrual cycle.

How long will it take to get results?

Marma therapy will offer immediate results for stress, anxiety, grief, loss, hormonal imbalance, emotional balance, and increased self-awareness.

What is energy healing?

Energy healing works with the subtle energies of the body increasing energy flow to integrate the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of a person. The human body is a complete energy system tuned to daily life, stresses, relationships, environment, toxins, emotions, traumas, diet, and positive as well as negative input. Just like an instrument, our physiology goes in and out of balance. Any imbalance in the body obstructs the flow of energy, which results in illness. Energetic healing works to ensure that the energy flow within the body moves freely and unobstructed.

The inner intelligence of the body heals. A healer only facilitates this process. That process lies deeper than any model or explanation. Forcing the physiology to conform to a model is not true healing.

What are chakras?

Chakras are circular vortexes of energy that are like wheels of energy along seven different points on the spinal column. They have mental/emotional correlates. Chakras can be seen and felt by healers. All seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body. Marma sessions both clear and enliven the chakras for optimal health.
