Referred to as the “essence” of a plant, essential oils possess complex constituents that are highly beneficial to our wellness.Clinical studies show a broad range of activities that not only lift and renew our souls but also rejuvenate our bodies.

Essential oils also provide protection as powerful antioxidants, believed to be essential  in slowing the ageing process. They were first used by the Egyptians for enbombing and skin preservation. Essential Oils were the first medicine known to man.

Let your nose be your guide and trust your intuition.

I’ve also mixed essential oils with bath salts  for a soothing bath. You can also use them in cooking or baking such as peppermint brownies!Apple slices soaked in water with lemon oil is a great refreshing snack.
