Referred to as the “essence” of a plant, essential oils possess complex constituents that are highly beneficial to our wellness.Clinical studies show a broad range of activities that not only lift and renew our souls but also rejuvenate our bodies.
Essential oils also provide protection as powerful antioxidants, believed to be essential in slowing the ageing process. They were first used by the Egyptians for enbombing and skin preservation. Essential Oils were the first medicine known to man.
I have been using them personally for over twenty years for various things. From diffusing them in our our home to kill mold and allergens- to applying them on our kids when they have fever or aches to heal from the flu- to pain relief- for improving mental clarity- household cleaning- laundry , as a sleep aid, and for energy. I have seen great relief with clients from back pain, to improving circulation, for sleep, and for enhancing energy.Since all essential oils contain anti-viral- anti-bacterial- antiseptic- antioxidant-properties you can’t go wrong in choosing one. Let your nose be your guide and trust your intuition.
