Ayurvedic Tips and Reminders

Dear friends,

The polar opposite energies are very powerful in these times. The light and dark are very apparent.

I just want to say I appreciate all of you for being present with your own darker emotions so that you can shed light on them and regain the wholesomeness you seek.

I marvel at how many of you have within your lives creativity, writing, and gardening and that you are recognizing and returning to these small acts of grace.

Although society does not necessarily value these unless they are sold for money; or your families might not understand how much they mean to you, know that as your soul connects in this way you are are not only bringing more peace to yourself but peace to the world. These are the feminine values that have been lost. I am so happy to hear when you reclaim that poem you found in your closet or drawer, or the portrait painting that you haven’t touched in awhile is calling you back.

As you take back your life you heal and become whole again. This is true!

This week I read the book  “It Didn’t Start With You” by Mark Wolynn. It talks about how much of our trauma, stress, and anxiety was shaped from our families even three generations back. An interesting read.

So as a reminder, spend some time in silence sending your prayers, putting intentions and blessing into your days and into the world and know that those small acts of grace are making a difference! It takes courage and strength to do this.

Ayurveda recognizes that working with the mind, it’s beliefs, thoughts, conditioning is a pathway to total health and freedom. Mind IS body in this context.
