Without  “spirit” who are we?

Ayurveda being a “tri-pod” of health understands this principle well. That at the core of our being is a spirit that must be nurtured. In my practice in women’s health I often am the reminder to reconnect with an art form once practiced or yearned to explore, or start with yoga to learn self awareness. Within each of us is a unique expression of the whole. This is health, this is Wholeness.
