A Marma Point To Calm The Mind

Don’t fret, your inner peace is still there! 

 Here’s a simple practical, effective Marma point that you can practice daily to calm the mind and release stuck energy in the kidneys.
It also helps with sleep.
I enjoy practicing this every day after my shower and before bedtime.

Marma points are junction points between ligaments, tendons, and joints. They are said to contain large amounts of life force energy similar to the concept of Tai Chi in Chinese Medicine. They are believed to affect the body, mind, and spirit, and can help with physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Place two fingers on the INSIDE of the ankle right below the bone. ( see photo above)
 You should feel an indentation with your thumb. Move your thumb til you find it on your foot. Press and massage for up to two minutes. I like to use sesame oil and an occasional essential oil. 
Breathe. If it hurts it means energy is blocked. Continue every day.
