Simply prepare the neti pot with the salt solution then bend your head forward slightly over a sink ,then turn to one side and put the tip of the neti pot into the nostril that is facing up. The solution will rinse through to the other side and then drip. Repeat on the other side til pot is empty.
Avoid heavy foods such as wheat, dairy and meat during Spring and favor light foods such as asparagus, leafy greens, millet, quinoa, barley, buckwheat and berries. By eating with the season one can maintain optimal weight and a strong immune system.
