Ayurvedic Tips and Reminders

Dear friends,

My Ayurvedic tip for the week is:

Do something for your body, mind and spirit every day!

Some examples for the body; walk outside, dance, or go to a yoga class

For the mind; meditate, chant or tone the chakras

For the spirit; do something creative, arrange some flowers, have some tea and put on essential oils.

Each day you will build a reservoir of energy you will not only benefit from now but will reap the benefits in the future. It’s the little things every day over time that make the biggest difference!
