Preparing simple food with anti-inflammatory spices  like turmeric, cumin, fennel, ginger, coriander, garlic, organic olive oil and ghee, is a good approach for healthy digestion and immune function. Keeping regular daily routine is one way to maintain balance in Ayurveda.
