Ayurvedic Tips and Reminders

An Ayurvedic tip to stay warm this time of year is to sip on plain hot water throughout the day. It is also  great for weight loss as it helps clear the lymphatic pathways  and detoxes the body; particularly if you add tsp of honey to it. Just don’t boil the honey!
