Ayurveda imbues us with simple practices to guide us toward a strong physical body so that mental clarity can flourish. And beyond that, creativity can once again emerge!

I offer Ayurveda and Marma therapy along with my naturopathic approach with women because it has profoundly shaped my life and health over the last twenty six years.  I have overcome many health issues  with determination and discipline.
