Ayurvedic Tips and Reminders

Cooking for yourself adds a certain energy to the food you eat. This energy is hopefully positive and loving. Restaurant food, often prepared in a hurry is not imbued with this good energy. Foods on hot bars that have been sitting under heat for many hours, foods cooked  with toxic oils, and food that is leftover, frozen or dry will all have a negative effect  on our body and on our mind.

Whatever you eat and whatever you think  translates into energy. Everyone is looking for more energy! Try cooking yourself and always offer your food to someone. Share a meal with loved ones or friends and make it a sacred time free of anger, and other negative emotions.
