Seriously, digestion begins in the mouth. Undigested food causes inflammation and lands in the colon or other parts of the body causing inflammation and ultimately arthritis and autoimmune problems.. so” be present with your carrot is the message”. One client told me she did that this week and it felt so good for her to pause and be one with chewing her carrot.

Gratitude raises your vibrational level and sends out good feeling hormones that heal.. mother earth needs our acknowledgment and so do we. I invite you to make eating a ‘conscious ” act without woofing your food down. Recognize each bite!
